Google Maps is rolling out a wave of new AI upgrades, including a Builder Agent and MCP connection, designed to make it easier for developers to create richer, more interactive map-based experiences. These updates are deeply integrated with the Gemini API, unlocking smarter coding tools and direct access to Maps data. On the consumer side, Google continues to expand its lineup of Gemini-powered features, making navigation and everyday use even more seamless. More here.
Microsoft has finally shared a bit more about its partnership with OpenAI, revealing a 27% stake and big financial ties between the two companies. Still, the tech giant’s disclosures leave plenty in the shadows, with investors calling for more clarity on how the AI alliance really impacts Microsoft’s bottom line. More here.

1Mind raises $30M to deploy multimodal “Superhumans” for revenue teams. They aim to assist B2B sales and revenue operations in tasks like qualify leads, book meetings, deliver demos, and support onboarding. The company is founded by Amanda Kahlow, the founder and CEO of 6Sense which is a revenue intelligence platform helping companies identify which potential customers would be most likely to buy, when they are in buying market,a dn wwhat to do about it.
